By accessing or using Candlemakers-Toolbox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its tools. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and members.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a membership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Current membership prices, billing intervals, and trial terms are shown on the Membership page and at checkout, and those sources show the controlling current price. As of the date these terms were last updated, the site offered a Monthly membership ($9.99/month), a Yearly membership ($99.99/year), and a one-time 30-day free trial per user. A free trial does not require a credit card and is limited to one per user.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel, and recurring subscription payments are processed by PayPal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the "Cancel Membership" option on your My Account page or on our Cancellation and Refund Policy page, or by contacting customerservice@candlemakers-toolbox.com. You may also cancel the recurring automatic payment through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle.

You agree not to misuse the site, tools, or your account. This includes not attempting to access data that is not yours, not interfering with the service, not automating or scraping the site in a way that harms it, and not uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You own the records you create, such as recipes, inventory, burn tests, customers, invoices, and forum posts. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having any rights needed to store or share information you enter. You grant Candlemakers-Toolbox only the limited permission necessary to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content back to you or to users you authorize so the service can provide the features you choose.

Recipes, raw material and product inventory, customer records, invoices, and burn tests are private account records that are stored for your use and are not published to other users. Content you intentionally submit to a public forum may be displayed publicly to other users as part of that feature.

You can request closure of your account or deletion of your data by contacting customerservice@candlemakers-toolbox.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to information we must or reasonably need to retain for legal compliance, payment and accounting records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, backups, and enforcement of our agreements. Some residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, system logs, or records maintained by service providers. We do not promise that all records and backups are deleted immediately.

The site design, tools, guides, glossary, and other content we create are owned by Candlemakers-Toolbox and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse our proprietary content without permission, except as needed to use the tools for your own candle-making work.

All guides, articles, and reference content are provided for general educational purposes only. They are not professional advice and should not replace manufacturer instructions, safety guidance, or your own testing and judgment.

Wick suggestions in our wick guide are starting points only and are not guaranteed to work with your materials. Burn performance depends on your exact wax, fragrance load, dye, container, and wicking. Always consult the wick manufacturer's sizing chart and perform your own burn testing. Candlemakers-Toolbox is not responsible for the safety or performance of any candle you make using information or tools from this site.

Cost calculations, pricing tools, and other resources are provided to help you organize your work. They do not guarantee any particular profit, sales result, or business outcome.

We strive to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Candlemakers-Toolbox does not currently display third-party advertising or use affiliate links, sponsored placements, reciprocal advertising, or sponsor tracking. We do not sell private account information. If these practices change in the future, the applicable policies will be updated and disclosures will be provided where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candlemakers-Toolbox is provided "as is" and "as available," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these terms or the service will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arkansas.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page, the "Last updated" date will be changed, and reasonable notice may be provided for material changes.
